I have added to my website the category »collector’s items« where I show a selection of already sold work. The idea arose to ask my collector’s what moves them about that special painting that now has found a new place in their homes.
The series starts with Peter Mackens from Hamburg who took me completely by surprise with his reaction. As soon as he saw the painting he stepped on bord and was gone – far far far away from the seashore and it took him a while to finally step back on land in my living room.
The most beautiful feedback I could get.
